High speed line for assembling consumer packaging from different types of ink cartridges. The line is fully automatic and automatically converts to different types of products based on the selected recipe. Four 2-axis robots with Beckhoff control unpack the bulk packaging and create a constant product flow. An Omron Vision system in combination with three Omron Quattro Delta robots pick different products and place them together in the pocket of the packaging machine.
